From what height can an egg fall without breaking?

This isn’t something we can really stick an exact figure on; however, we do know that David Donoghue asked himself the same question a little over 20 years ago. On 22 August 1994, David decided to test it out for himself. Sitting in a helicopter at a height of 213 metres, he chucked an egg onto a golf course. We aren’t sure if it was due to the golf course’s super-soft grass, but the egg remained completely intact. Pretty awesome! Bet you didn’t see that coming, right?
